I'm a housewife with a full time job. I make dinner, clean the house, do laundry, feed the cats, grocery shop and still work 40+ hours a week. I've had a successful career that began in entertainment and has adapted to the consumer products world. Focusing on digital marketing and social media, I have to be two steps ahead of the next big thing for the big brands I represent. And I still have time for vacation (once in a while)!

I LOVE Bread
Sometimes I get sad knowing bread is not the best thing to eat in massive quantities. I adore bread. From my grandma's crescents to wheat toast and especially warm french bread or dinner rolls. Dipping it in balsamic and olive oil or spreading it with butter makes such a delicious salty treat. Of course garlic bread is a winner and those bread sticks at Olive Garden (don't knock it, haha). Anyway you make it I enjoy it. Watching what you eat really makes you think about your bread intake. I have had to compromise by incorporating double fiber choices and 100 calorie Orowheat flat rounds. No matter, it's what you put on the bread that makes it tasty. Here's to bread!
